E. Wade Wilde, DMD

Dr. Wilde graduated from the well-respected Oregon Health and Science University dental school. He was born and raised in south eastern Idaho and has a deep love for the Rocky Mountains and the beautiful northwest. Dr. Wilde joined the highly qualified and friendly staff as an associate dentist to Dr. Kevin Brewer.

Among the strengths and qualities that Dr. Wilde adds to the successful practice is his commitment to pursue excellence in all things, and his desire to meaningfully add to the beautiful and thriving community of Billings. These ideals match closely with the ethics and goals that Dr. Brewer has established here with more than 30 years of outstanding service.

In dental school, Dr. Wilde was a unanimous recipient of the Go-The-Extra-Mile Award as voted on by the faculty and his student colleagues. He served for four years as the class president, student council representative, and student advocate.

Additional honors include the Oregon Academy of Pediatric Dentistry Award, the American College of Dentists-General Dentistry, four-time recipient of the Rose Award for service, the Stephen P. Peglow Award (the top honor of OHSU graduates), and an Eagle Scout Award. Dr. Wilde intends to continue his commitment to community service, continued education, and professionalism.

Dr. Wilde has many passions, beginning with a strong devotion to his faith and family. He’s an optimistic person that is always looking for the positives and pursues constant improvement along the way. He is also committed to continuing education; he especially enjoys learning and understanding people’s passions and personalities.

Dr. Wilde renews his energy through service to others. He has found great satisfaction with helping out the Sealants for Smiles program, Special Olympics Special Smiles, Give Kids a Smile Program, Donated Dental Services of Montana, and recently the Free Smile Makeover program because he believes the love of dentistry is simply a love of and commitment to people. One of his favorite days of the year is the Dentistry from the Heart free dentistry day.

Dr. Wilde was born and raised in South Eastern Idaho and has a deep love for the Rocky Mountains and the beautiful Northwest. He loves spending time in the outdoors with family and friends. He has served as a leader in the Boy Scouts of America for the last 13 years, and supports the important values taught there. He also supports the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation for their commitment to conservation.

Dr. Wilde grew up in humble circumstances which he believes helps with perspective. “Dentistry has provided me with a chance to serve a large variety of people. Each person comes with a unique story and circumstances.” For Dr. Wilde, this variety is the source of a never-ending fascination to understand and love all people.

Benjamin R. Holloway, DMD

Dr. Benjamin Holloway graduated from the prestigious Oregon Health Science University School of Dentistry. He was awarded for outstanding achievement in patient care, communication, efficiency, empathy, training skills, and delegation. He has participated in Give Kids a Smile and served with the Northwest Medical Team providing volunteer dental work to grade school children.

Dr. Holloway joined Brewer Dental Center in 2007 and has dedicated himself to providing the best dental care available to the Billings community and its surrounding areas. In addition to his dental education, Dr. Holloway has completed advance training in cardiac life support and conscious sedation allowing him to safely provide IV sedation for his patients. He attends countless continuing education programs in all aspects of dentistry allowing him to stay current in new dental advancements and techniques.

Raised in southeast Idaho, Dr. Holloway excelled in academics and sports. He was a football, basketball, and baseball standout and went on to play college football where he was named Academic All American. He graduated from Idaho State University in the top ten percent of the School of Business with a BBA in Computer Information Systems. He was inducted in the Beta Gamma Sigma, the highest recognition a business student anywhere in the world can receive in a business program. He’s also an Eagle Scout.

When Dr. Holloway is not hard at work, he can be found focusing on his health at the gym, watching his children play sports, alongside his wife, or enjoying the solitude of Montana’s mountains.

As an avid hunter, Dr. Holloway donates time to Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation in an effort to enhance protection of the land for future generations. He is also actively involved in Boy Scouts of America and is an annual dental care provider at Dentistry from the Heart, each February at Brewer Dental Center.

When asked what would be impossible for him to give up, Dr. Holloway said, “Oreo cookie milk shakes!” Even dentists get a “sweet tooth” every now and then.

Russell S. Homer, DDS

Dr. Homer graduated with high honors from the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco, California, in the top ten percent of his class. He received the Highest Clinical Scholarship for top clinical performance in all dental disciplines. He is a member of the Tau Kappa Omega and Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Societies, which recognize scholarship and character in dentistry.

Dr. Homer was born and raised in Utah’s Salt Lake area. He graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in Medical Biology and a minor in Biochemistry. He has received additional course and clinical training in implant placement and restoration, cosmetics, Invisalign®, and complex restorative techniques. He is committed to lifelong learning and pursuing excellence in all he does. He is an active member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the American Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. He is also an Eagle Scout.

At the University of the Pacific, he actively participated in community outreach programs aimed to provide health services to the elderly, youth, and underserved populations. He looks forward to opportunities to reach out and serve the Billings community.

Dr. Homer is the ultimate family man outside of work. He and his wife have three adorable children that keep them on their toes. As a family they enjoy biking, hiking, geocaching, building things, doing yard work, relaxing at home, and worshipping at church on Sundays. He’s also involved in coaching his kids’ sports teams. Dr. Homer believes in a healthy balance of work and play.

The opportunity to make a positive difference in the world is what gets Dr. Homer out of bed each morning, as he enthusiastically pursues strengthening his skills as a husband, father, dentist and person. Dr. Homer is a supporter of the Boy Scouts of America. He and his wife are also advocates for providing dental care to countries with limited access through dental humanitarian missions. He also provides free dental care during Dentistry from the Heart, which is held each February in Billings, and he participates in Brewer Dental Center’s Free Smile Makeover program.

A few fun facts about Dr. Homer include that he is fluent in German, can dunk a basketball, his drink of choice is water, and he is currently in training for his first triathlon. He also knew he wanted to be a dentist since eighth grade!

Dr. Deirdre Singer, DDS

Dr. Singer is a native Montanan who earned her undergraduate degree in Biology from Montana State University Billings.

She then attended and graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry before beginning her career in 2009 with Indian Health Services in Wolf Point, MT. Dr. Singer moved to Dillon, MT to open her own practice in 2015 where she served her patients from her classic Victorian home. Dr. Singer joined the Brewer Dental team in August 2021.

Dr. Singer enjoys helping patients make good decisions about dental health through education and treating each patient like family.

Dr. Singer enjoys fishing, oil painting, beading, and a wide variety of music. One of her favorite local events each year is Crow Fair.

Dr. Matthew Schultz, DMD

Dr. Schultz grew up just one mile east of the Missouri River in Pickstown, South Dakota. He received his Bachelor’s in Biology from the University of Nebraska and is a part of the Corn husker fan base in Montana.

He earned his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine-School of Dental Medicine.

Dr. Schultz joined the Brewer team in October 2021 and has been in practice since 2018. He is highly skilled in a wide variety of dental procedures.

Dr. Schultz’s goal as a dentist is to help each patient build confidence in their smiles, eliminate any pain, and help maintain a healthy smile that will last a lifetime. He believes that comfort and care are essential parts of a positive dental experience.

When not helping patients achieve and maintain healthy smiles, he enjoys everything outdoors including hiking and archery. He also enjoys spending time with his wife Dr. Krystal Kazemba and their dog Veblen.

Dr. James Galea, BChD, DDS, MSD

Dr. James Galea was born in Malta, an island nation in Europe. He graduated from the country’s only dental school with distinction and earned the degree of Bachelor of Dental Surgery with honors in Orthodontics and Child Dental Health. Following graduation, Dr. James worked as a general dentist for two years in one of the nation’s leading practices while preparing to meet the rigorous entry requirements of dental school for internationally-trained graduates in the US.

Dr. James applied and was selected for matriculation at the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco. While there he became active in volunteer organizations and took on leadership roles including that of class president. Dr. James graduated as Valedictorian of his class and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree in addition to numerous honors and awards for his scholastic achievements. He was inducted into the national honor societies of Phi Kappa Phi, Omicron Kappa Upsilon and Tau Kappa Omega.

Following dental school, Dr. James continued his dental education through orthodontic residency at the Graduate Orthodontics Program at the University of the Pacific, one of the leading programs in the country. He graduated as a specialist in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics and earned a Master of Science Degree as a result of work carried out at The Craniofacial Research Instrumentation Laboratory (CRIL).

Soon after graduation in 2012, Dr. James transitioned into patient care by joining an orthodontic group practice in the Midwest followed by Brewer Dental Center in Billings. Since graduation he has treated thousands of patients and gained extensive experience in treating all types of malocclusions using both traditional braces and clear aligners.

Dr. James is a board-certified orthodontist and a member of the College of Diplomates of the ABO. He is also a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, Montana Dental Association, Montana Ninth District Dental Society and is a certified Invisalign provider.

In his free time, Dr. James enjoys spending time with his wife and three young daughters.

Joshua Cheng, DMD

Dr. Cheng is originally from Buffalo Grove, Illinois. Dr. Cheng loves anything to do with the outdoors. If he wasn’t a dentist he would pursue a career as both a fly fishing guide and a ski instructor. He is happy to be living and working in the Great state of Montana where he has easy access to these outdoor activities along with hunting and golfing.

Dr. Cheng completed his undergraduate degree in Illinois at Wheaton College while also being a member of their tennis team. Dr. Cheng decided to pursue a career in dentistry because of the hands on element and the many rewards and challenges it provides. He graduated dental school in Utah from Roseman University.

Dr. Cheng is deeply passionate about improving the oral health of his patients and being able to help those in his community. Dr. Cheng is incredibly patient and believes great dentistry is rooted in trust and mutual respect between himself and his patients to achieve their oral health goals.

Craig Adams, DDS

About Dr. Adams
Originally from Mesa, Arizona, Dr. Craig Adams and his family fell in love with Montana’s beautiful outdoors and welcoming community. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, fishing, sports, and spending time with his wife, Lisa, and their six boys. He’s also an Eagle Scout and active in local community and church projects.

Inspired by his father and brother, both dentists, Dr. Adams discovered his passion for dentistry early on. He’s committed to helping patients feel relaxed and comfortable at every visit.
